National Winners of Best Community Service Award

The nation’s best hotels were recognised at a gala ceremony on Queensland’s Gold Coast on September 9, 2019 and the Vine Inn is proud to have been awarded the Australian Hotel Industry’s 2019 Award for Best Community Service & Support in Australia.

AHA NSW and National President Scott Leach said “Our national awards annually draw together the best venues of the year from right across Australia. Hotels which lead the way in innovation, in inspiration and in design. Together, our finalists show that when you’re at your pub – when you’re at your local – there’s no better place to be in Australia. I want to congratulate all finalists and winners on a job well done.”

The Vine Inn donated $100,120.45 in cash to a myriad of local causes from July 1, 2018 up to May 12th, 2019. Additionally, we were able to enhance the allocation of in-kind donations through free function room usage, additional raffles and prize vouchers, and increased free accommodation. This grew our overall contribution to our community up to a total of $181,260.45
