It has been a two year project, from initial planning stages right through to opening day (Thursday, 23rd October 2014).
The new state of the art, custom built Barossa drive-thru bottle shop is free standing, with over 170 square meters of cool rooms and is able to fit up to 15 cars in our drive through at any given time.
The traffic congestion caused by the egress at the intersection of Murray and Gawler Streets during peak times and the opportunity to improve customer service facilities were decisive factors in this build.
This is a significant sized bottle shop for the region and is the first phase of some exciting new building projects being undertaken this year by the Vine Inn to enhance the property and customer experience.
Stage 2 of the building project will involve moving the current gaming room into the area where the old bottle shop sits, plus a total renovation of the Sports Bar and creation of additional meeting, conference and function facilities.

Work on the build started in June 2014 with a three quarter of a million investment into a brand new drive through Sip’n’Save bottle shop.
